1. Order Cancellation by Customers

  3. Once an order has been shipped or marked as completed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Vendor Cancellations

  1. Vendors may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.
  2. Customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund where applicable.

3. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
  3. Delivery fees may be non‑refundable where services have already been rendered.

In accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies:

  2. Account deletion can be initiated:

6. Effects of Account Deletion

Upon confirmation of account deletion:

  1. Personal profile information will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.
  2. Order history may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  3. Users will lose access to their account, order history, saved addresses, and any unused credits.

7. Processing Time for Deletion

  1. Account deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Users will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.

8. Vendor Account Termination

Vendor accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of platform policies, applicable laws, or repeated customer complaints. Vendors may request account deletion subject to outstanding obligations, open orders, or legal requirements.

This Cancellation and Account Deletion Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
